Just like the old times. We wake up early in the morning and we choose the best tomatoes, one by one, by hand. We wash them and we make a single puree, with the only addition of salt. We time the preparation by the mutter of the sauce, then we carefully arrange the glass jars before filling and preserving them for the winter.
HANDMADE, WITH LOVE
This was how our grandparents worked, and like this we continue, because of nostalgia but also because we can’t give up the insuperable flavour of the artisanal puree.
