We have created an excellent hot peppers pâté to celebrate the culinary traditions typical of Southern Italy. Its intense and pungent flavour makes it perfect to enhance every recipe, but also to season a sandwich or the classic Apulian frittelle.
A MUST-TRY SPICE
At first, the peppers are chopped and worked in a genuine vinegar, salt and our pure extra virgin olive oil solution. This spice is rich in proprieties and is healthy, because it is able to activate the venous circulation and to stimulate the tissues’ vitality.
