Turnip greeens paté

Turnips are the most cultivated vegetables in the South. Even we have been cultivating them with care on the same grounds that were our grandparents’, for years. Today, we work them with extra virgin olive oil, lemons, almonds, garlic and salt to store them as a pâté.
