Lampascioni are similar to small onions and grow spontaneously in Apulia. We love them for their flavour and especially for their incredible beneficial properties. They are indeed rich of mineral salts and vitamins, and are used even raw in salads.

Ideal as a side dish for grilled meat or as an appetizer, maybe with typical products of the tradition, like taralli and sliced bread.
